Refund and Returns Policy
Refund & Returns Policy (Print-on-Demand, Defects-Only)
We make products on demand. Because items are custom-printed, we only replace orders that arrive defective or damaged, or if we printed the wrong item/size.
Covered issues
- Misprint, wrong size sent, or wrong item sent
- Material defect (seams, holes, failed print) on arrival
- Damage in shipping
Not covered
- Wrong size chosen, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse
- Minor colour variance between on-screen preview and fabric print
- Normal wear and tear after washing or use
How to request a replacement
- Email support@manecdote.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos showing the defect and the full item.
- Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
What happens next
- If approved, we reprint and reship the affected item at no cost.
- If a reprint isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method for that item.
Returns
- Do not return anything without written authorization. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
- If we ask you to return an item, we’ll provide instructions and, when required, a prepaid label.
Packages lost in transit
- If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support@manecdote.com.
- We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace when confirmed lost.
Order address errors
- If the address provided was incorrect, replacements may require a new order at customer cost.
Washing & care
Follow the care label. Heat and harsh detergents can shorten print life and aren’t covered.
