Refund & Returns Policy (Print-on-Demand, Defects-Only)

We make products on demand. Because items are custom-printed, we only replace orders that arrive defective or damaged, or if we printed the wrong item/size.

Covered issues

  • Misprint, wrong size sent, or wrong item sent
  • Material defect (seams, holes, failed print) on arrival
  • Damage in shipping

Not covered

  • Wrong size chosen, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse
  • Minor colour variance between on-screen preview and fabric print
  • Normal wear and tear after washing or use

How to request a replacement

  1. Email support@manecdote.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos showing the defect and the full item.
  3. Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.

What happens next

  • If approved, we reprint and reship the affected item at no cost.
  • If a reprint isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method for that item.

Returns

  • Do not return anything without written authorization. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
  • If we ask you to return an item, we’ll provide instructions and, when required, a prepaid label.

Packages lost in transit

  • If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support@manecdote.com.
  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace when confirmed lost.

Order address errors

  • If the address provided was incorrect, replacements may require a new order at customer cost.

Washing & care
Follow the care label. Heat and harsh detergents can shorten print life and aren’t covered.
